Chromogenic E.COLI 0157:H7 Agar medium is bacterial-specific chromogenic

Since it is a medium, it facilitates counting by changing the color of the bacteria.

After 24 hours of pre-enrichment in a 37°C oven made with BPW 90ml, the agar is sown and kept in 37°C oven for 24 hours.

The resulting purple colonies indicate the presence of E.coli 0157:H7.
