Hytech Slide is a product that can perform analysis from all surfaces with medium contact for microbiological analysis. It is possible to take samples from personnel, equipment, solid and liquid surfaces.

Hytech Slide Hygiene Control Kits are designed to perform two different analyzes practically with a single kit. You can easily work with solid or liquid materials from any surface environment.

It is easy to carry and practical to use. This kit, which does not require special knowledge of microbiology for the evaluation of test results, is an indispensable product for hygiene controls, hygiene inspection and HACCP applications.

The same or different media can be poured onto the two surfaces of the Hytech Slide. Thus, more than one microorganism analysis can be done with a single kit.

There are 10 products in a box of Hytech Slide. It is recommended to store the products between 10 – 25°C.

Each Hytech Slide has 2 media zones. Its 2 surfaces are divided into 10 zones of 1 cm2. Thus, the results can be given as numbers per 10 cm2 or as density if desired.

Method of Application

 

 

 

For application, the cover of the Hytech Slide is opened by turning and the Hytech Slide is taken out of the tube. Hytech Slide is contacted by pressing lightly on the surface to be applied. Thanks to its 90-degree bendable structure, the medium comes into contact with the surface even on inclined and narrow surfaces that are difficult to apply.

For liquid samples, it will be sufficient to immerse and remove the Hytech Slide once in the liquid. After it comes into contact with the surface of the medium, it is placed back in the tube, the lid is closed, and it is left to incubate vertically.

Incubation Time

 

 

 

For bacteria; 24-48 hours at 37 C, for Mold and Yeast; It is left to incubate in an oven at 25 C for 72-120 hours. According to the analysis you want, you can incubate in room conditions that meet the necessary conditions.
