Large Volume Production
The FD150 is Greencooler's first industrial freeze dry machine designed for large-scale commercial use. It is suitable for large volume production with its 150 kg ice holding capacity and 100 kg product loading capacity. As with other models, you can design creative products and produce the foods of the future with the FD150.

The product is subjected to the freezing process. Depending on the product type, the duration of the freezing process may be longer or shorter. In the primary drying stage, a slight vacuum is applied in the lyophilization cabinet where the product is in, and as the temperature drops gradually, the high-energy molecules fly out on their own. In the secondary drying stage, the vacuum is maximized and the last water molecules that have crystallized and become attached to the material are pulled out of the material.
